Incredibly captivating and powerfully filmed and acted, this is one of the absolute best movies I've seen in a long time. A few scenes were extremely painful to watch, but it was definitely worth it. Rooney Mara's acting of Lisbeth Salander's character was brilliant, I couldn't look away any time she was on screen. A single look or expression on her part spoke thousands.

Though Lisbeth Salander definitely stole the show, the other actors were also brilliant. Particularly the villans to the story, whom every time on screen put my stomach in knots. Daniel Craig was, as always, awesome as Mikael Blomkvist. This is one of the greatest films I've seen in a long time.
