It has some very explicit visualizations to characterize each protagonists' background, and there were some things that were not included in the movie that were in the book, but this movie was a very very good adaptation of the book.
It is quite an exquisite piece in the dark investigative film genre. Both actors, Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara, captured Salander and Blomkvist perfectly.
