The movie you should have heard of, but unfortunatley havn't! Now hear this, this movie had low budget advertising in Japan and yet did so well with mouth-to-mouth adverstising that despite no plans of doing this earlier they gave this movie a limited U.
S. release now how awesome is that! This movie is awesome its like if Spirted Away was sort of blended with time travel or something! The voice acting is excellent A+. The animation is up to par although sometimes they get a little lazy but it works in their favor.
The music is cool and most of the time appropriate although one time I asn't sure if it was sad music, drama music, cool music, or what. The dialouge is the only the that's slightly off, let me give an example: you know how at the begining of LOTR they talklikethiswithabsolutleynopauseinbetweenwordsorsentences.
..yeah it's like that only not as bad they at least have some pauses. The story goddamn is the story good its all rolls out nicely, its a complex one, and the characters are just so darn likable. Once again this is one of the few films.
..well I didn't cry but I do admit I got misty eye'd near the end and almost jumped for joy when....well you'll have to watch the movie to find out! This movie is kick-ass their is no other word for it I cannot do this movie justice in this review, I think its just earned a spot on my top 10 movies of all time! It's just awesome! Just an great expirence and great film.
My recomendation? Buy it! buy it! buy it!!! Five Time Leaps out of Five!!! No, no wait I give it Six Time Leaps out of Five thats right 120%!!!!!
