Review of The Girl on the Bridge (1999) by Jeff B — 18 Jul 2010
Such a French movie: in its humor, philosophy, pace, symmetry, its attitude toward sex. And so well shot in black and white that my memories of it are in color. The ending is way too tidy, but by that time you're willing to forgive it for almost anything, or at least I was.
Watch it when you're in the mood for one of those "delightful" French movies--you know what I mean--and it'll be worth your time.
