Review of The Girl Can't Help It (1956) by Jules Y — 26 Feb 2010
69/100. This is worth seeing just for the incredible music alone. It's a dated comedy, but it now adds to it's charm. Jayne Mansfield is fun, Tom Ewell does well in a typical role for him. Edmond O'Brien is great, especially with some of his celebrity imitations.
Great production, good sound, costumes, art direction and cinematography.
