Review of The Gift (2015) by Horizonbts — 13 Aug 2015
Really enjoyed Jason Bateman's performance as we saw him in a different light. In the beginning it seemed to be lacking and uninteresting, but once the story developed the movie stepped up a bunch of notches! The suspense and sheer not knowing of where it was headed made it intriguing.
The tempo picks up and continues all the way to the end of the movie. Very satisfying ending as it was creative in the sense it left you with some things to think about. A few jump out of your seat moments, but the creepiness of the movie and the little twists was what made it for me.
