Review of The Gift (2015) by Steve S — 23 Feb 2016

Goodness gracious, I didn't expect that. This movie certainly has a strong message to send, and it does so with a small budget. There's very little music. Instead, the silence becomes deafening, further heightening the tension.

I did think some of the suspenseful silent parts went on a wee bit too long, and you can frequently figure out what might happen, but my heart was racing, and I'm glad I got around to seeing this.
