Well It felt like a 50's B-Movie had been converted to colour and forgotten about until the mid 70's, so if that was the intention you got the effect... As the 50's were one of my favourite era in horror/sci-fi I was quite inclined to watch this and for my fear of spiders.
.. Unfortunately campy monster spiders aside; the story just wasn't good enough to really warrant... The spiders didn't get featured enough and instead we were presented with rather dimwitted fools with wooden acting performances!
