Review of The Ghost and the Darkness (1996) by Guy L — 26 Jul 2011
Having seen the actual lions -- well, their skins, anyway -- I was disappointed that they were depicted with manes. The real cats had none. Douglas' character, who is whole cloth, isn't really necessary to the story.
Nevertheless, excitement and suspense are present, and I enjoyed seeing it again the other night.
