Review of The Game (1997) by Jesse L — 26 Sep 2010
David Fincher is awesome. He is. But before he really hit his stride, although seven is great, he puttered around in genre flix. Generally, his films are about something, and this movie didn't fall short, but the way that it went about getting to the core of its ideology leaves some gaps.
basically with the game, you either take the blue pill or the red pill, if you chose to go down the rabbit hole, you'll love it. If you don't you'll get caught up in its essentially insignificant shortcomings.
