Dark, Gripping, Unpredictable, Intelligent & yet in the end, it was just a game. David Fincher's neo-noir psychological thriller makes the game come alive & speak for itself in its own unique way.

Brilliant direction, perfect cinematography, tight editing & brilliant performances, the best thing about The Game is that the game is not only being played by the lead character but viewers are also a part of it.

It was the perfect role for Michael Douglas as he can play angry, cold as well as smart, by being subtle all the time, effortlessly. Also, It drops a lot of hints throughout its runtime to give you an insight but just when you thought you've got the plot, it all turns on you.

One of Fincher's most underrated work.
