Review of The Future of Food (2004) by Aubrey T — 23 Dec 2010
I've watched this documentary some time back and a second time today. It just goes to show that it's a crazy world out there. The film will introduce you to a very large company by the name of Monsanto.
If you know nothing about Monsanto then I URGE you to watch this. You will also see that we are losing our right to grow basic foods because the seeds have been patented (a notion not allowed by Article one but, after Monsanto pushed the judicial system, was allowed by the Supreme Court).
In fact Monsanto has 11,000 patents. It's disgusting and disturbing, especially when growing our own foods is our basic necessity and right. Well corporations and the government (run by corporations) have taken that right away.
A must watch film.
