Review of The Future (2013) by Michael M — 15 Nov 2011

I saw Me You and Everyone We Know twice at the theatre, and about 5 more times on DVD. I loved that movie to death. So I was really anticipating this one. I will have to watch it again, but my first impression is that while good, the quirkiness, while perfectly balanced with the drama in her first feature, was just distracting to the story in the Future.

There should be a sign that comes up on the screen that says "okay, this next bit is serious" because otherwise, it becomes hard to tell.
