Not my favorite Miranda July effort, but still pretty interesting & engaging. I did, however, nearly have a nervous breakdown over Paw Paw...the injured cat waiting to be adopted by the couple in the film. So. Much. Crying.
One gut-wrenching thought you hear from Paw Paw: "They petted me and I accidentally made the sound that said, 'I am a cat and I belong to you,' and upon making the sound, I felt it to be true.".
