Review of The Funeral (1996) by Jim T — 24 Dec 2008
Abel Ferrara at his most 'family friendly'. As ever he gets the very best from his cast of big names in this depression era parlour-drama. The story is set around the effect the violent death has on the small time mobster-family.
Would give road to perdition a run for its money in a straight fight.
