So much hidden potential in this one. A picture that could've reached greater heights. Chris Penn, God bless his soul, does a fairly good job. Vincent Gallo, still rather unknown, does what he does best which is playing himself.
When push comes to shove I blame the script for the lack of Christoher Walken's run-out and the often tedious storyline.
