Review of The Full Monty (1997) by Douglas W — 01 Mar 2012
A charming lyrical comedy about a few men from a coal mining region in England who are left jobless. They decide they have a chance of easing their poor lot and supporting their families by becoming male-strippers in their God-forsaken town.
Psychologically flawless and finely humourous depiction of how people organise themselves, find will and stamina in any kind of job, even such a strange one as stripping for money.
