Review of The Fugitive (1993) by Alexandra B — 31 Jan 2012
The Fugitive was a solid series from the episodes I've watched and was adapted well by director Andy Davis for movie theaters. I have only one complaint.
The investigation that lead to Dr. Kimble's conviction was extremely flat and shallow. "He did it for the money." is the best explanation the CPD and Cook County district attorneys office can come up with. Did they bother looking into whether Kimble had levied financial resources in his favor to suggest that he was looking to bump off his wife for insurance? Did they consider looking into his research concerning Devlin McGregor's bad cardiovascular drug?
Bad detective work on the part of Det. Kelly and Rosetti.
