Review of The Fugitive (1993) by Robert G — 09 Jan 2014
Richard Kimble (Harrison Ford) is a former doctor who is accused of killing his wife and is now a fugitive on the run. In pursuit is the police led by US Marshall played by Tommy Lee Jones. Of course not only is he in pursuit of Kimble, he is also trying to learn more about the case of the killer of Kimble's wife.
This film is sort of a chase thriller as well as a an investigation thriller. For the most part, the pace is pretty fast. It may slow down a little bit here and there, but the intensity and suspense isa still there.
Overall, this film is very exciting and includes two phenomenal actor in Ford and Jones at perhaps their best. This movie is very easy for me to recommend. Just saying that it's a chaser thriller with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones should be enough to draw people in.
Then when you watch it, it certainly lives up to its potential. This film is great fun and excitement.
