Eddy Egan and Sonny Grosso, Popeye and Cloudy, ying and yang give us the best cop car-EL train chase that tops even Bullet. Based on the 1961 heroin bust by these two real-life NYC detectives it unravels the dark side of the international drug scene and literally, the french connection -- a man untouchable by FBI and French authorities because of his participation in the French Underground with Charles de Gaulle.
