Review of The French Connection (1971) by Lynda M — 24 Nov 2009
Impressive film, mainly Hackmans performance - the unique chase scene - and the uneasy feeling right through that reality does give you a hollywood finale. Gritty and moody thus well remembered. Followed later by a pointless sequel.
