Review of The French Connection (1971) by Wil C — 16 Oct 2010
Arguably the greatest crime film of all time; it's intensity is felt throughout, and it's action sequences, particularly the car-train chase scene, are some of the most dramatic of it's genre.
The ending is poignant and strikes a nerve, and it just feels oh-so perfect.
