Review of The Fox and the Hound (1981) by Melissa O — 09 Feb 2010
Movie Review #12: The Fox and the Hound (1981).
Mickey Rooney, Kurt Russell, Jack Albertson.
A fox named Tod and a hound named Copper become such good friends and they play together. But Copper's owner, Amos Slade, wants to kill Tod and he'll do anything to get him. He even has his other dog Chief to help him. As Tod and Copper get older they start to become more of enemies. Will they ever get their friendship back? Find out by watching the movie.
My thoughts on this film are good. This film has beautiful animation and great characters just like the other Disney films like Bambi and Aladdin. This has to be one of the most underappreciated Disney films of all time. It has the humor, action, romance, and the tone to this film. It has the sadness to the movie and great score (music).
Overall, this movie will be for you if you appreciate animated claasics, great characters, stories, and the movie. I really reccommended to you and if you see this movie, bring a box of tissues with you, it will become a good time for a film.
