Review of The Four Feathers (2002) by Manuel S — 14 Nov 2008
This movie at best was informitive, and it's barely that. It's pretense gave the viewer some hope that this would be a good movie to enjoy. But in the long run, it turned out to be way too confusing, and did not cinimatically flow the way a movie should.
I could never tell where the movie was going, and that was frustrating because I knew this wasn't the kind of movie where everything just comes together in the end. I should have known to turn it off when I saw the director's name credited at the beginning and didn't recognize it from Adam.
That kind of thing makes me skeptical, and now I have a proof to back up my reasoning.
