Review of The Fountain (2006) by Isis N — 01 Sep 2012
Too many idiots (read: critics) didn't understand the story that this film was telling. It's three timelines, each part of the middle storyline, and apparently that was too much for puny critic minds to comprehend.
The Fountain is a work of brilliance; you just need to be willing to THINK when you watch. Not all films are made to just be watched. Sometimes, a film makes you think, and The Fountain is an excellent example of that.
