Review of The Fountain (2006) by Nicolas W — 21 Oct 2018
The tone can be very confusing since The Fountain tries to be serious for the most part and have all these ambitious messages, but then it has these weird and plain ridiculous moments, which really put you out of the movie.
But, as much as these scenes hurt the flow of the movie, I found a lot of enjoyment in their ridiculousness. Death by flowers is one the most memorable things I've seen in a long time and I recommend you see it for yourself.
