From the director of Saving Mr. Banks, here is another great movie. This time, we dive into the story behind one of the biggest fast food empires this world has ever seen, McDonald's. Little did I know that the company I work for was "founded" by an evil genius.

Never once have I met a character (or person) who I both loved and hated at the same time. The way that he talks business and the attitude he has about achieving what he wants is so terrific, yet the lengths he will go to to get what he wants is the reason why I hate him.

He has no sympathy for anyone, including his wife. All of this is portrayed by the wonderful Michael Keaton who unfortunately did not receive an oscar nomination here. He was absolutely fantastic. As for the technical aspects, this was a very well made film.

The script was tight, the production design was on point, the cinematography was crisp, the musical score extremely fitting and the casting was spot-on. However, just because a film is well made, doesn't make it entertaining.

It's one thing to smile during the movie, however, if you leave the theatre and the only thing you can say about a movie is "that was good", then it doesn't deserve a high grade in my books.

I believe films should begin discussion and conversation. I talked about this movie with my friends all the way to the nearest McDonald's to the theatre and back home. If a movie has me that invested that I talk about it for hours straight afterward and am curious enough to research the actual event, then it shall receive the high honour of a 5-Star Rating in my Book!
