Review of The Forsaken (2001) by Jon O — 22 Sep 2006
Stupid B-graded vampire movie. But it isn't that corny or bad though, just that it's obviously a rip-off. It's similiar to Wes Craven's Dracula 2000. Starts of with Sean, a guy who's driving from California to Florida to attend his sister's wedding when he picks up a hitch hiker, Nick who happens to be a vampire hunter and who's hunting one a father of all vampires along the desert highway.
They end up getting a girl who's been bitten and use her as sort of a beacon to get to father vampire (sounds a bit like Dracula 2000 already huh). The girl is played by Izabella Miko who wa sin Coyote Ugly, but her character's name never gets mentioned till the end credits and she doesn't speak much either.
Just for tits. Yeah, the movie starts off with her bathing naked. Just another B-grade ploy to get you to watch the show.
