Review of The Forgotten (2004) by Roman C — 09 Oct 2008
An interview with the screenwriter reveals that he got the idea for the movie from a dream in which a child disappears from a family portrait as if he had never existed. Unfortunately the explanation for why that happens in the film seems to have been written by the kid.
It's a fair thriller until its lame ending, which is betrayed by the description on the back of the case hinting at "unearthly terror".
