Aside from good acting, this movie offers nothing.
The forest starts off in a so-so note, with our main character looking for her sister and offering an mistery element to the movie. unfortunately it all goes down the toilet. This movie is just a mess, the tone is all over the place, there are jump scares at every turn.
The goal of a horror film is to scare us, and this movie ultimately fails at its mission: to scare the audience. And the twist if offers is just terrible.
This movie is a by the numbers, predictable mess that has a horrible script behind it.
