Review of The Forest (2016) by Mandi R — 03 May 2016
Pretty decent. Not particularly scary, but I did actually jump a couple of times. The story is interesting, and I find Japanese lore really fascinating. While this movie fails in a lot of respects, I thought it was pretty solid overall, and am baffled by its basically uniformly terrible reviews.
