Interesting blend of action and story building. The plot can be a little difficult to understand if the viewer is not familiar with the IRA (I had to explain to girlfriend) but the movie really delivers with Jackie Chan stunts and great buildup.
Not in my top 10 movies, but certainly an enjoyable flick, especially if you're a jackie chan fan!
