Review of The Football Factory (2004) by Daniel S — 24 Nov 2007
The last time Nick love actually made a great film before he went up his own arse. This film reads like an anthropological study into male group aggression and highlights the working classes frustration and alienation from the more Americanised cultural domain of modern day England.
The film also gets the best out of its starring performers Danny Dyer and especially Frank Harper who captivates the feel of the film through his perfromance. However for me the best aspect of the film is the performance of Roland Manookian an actor who is surely destined for the very top.
