Review of The Football Factory (2004) by Fwah S — 06 Feb 2009
This movie had potential but all became was just a story full of repetitive lines that were recycled by so many characters. Even though the actual camera angles were done extremley well it didn't make up for the narration which just became annoying.
I was looking forward to seeing Danny Dyer in his role but it actually felt like he was constantly trying to hard. During the movie certain refferences are made but are never backed up and it is only towards the end of the film that you slap your self just to remind yourself that it is about football firms.
Not one that I would recommend but I know that there are probably a few people I know who would enjoy this. Personally, it felt like I was watching a poor mans Green Street.
