The story takes a while to gain momentum and continues to meander, which is the main reason this film isn't a total knockout. But that being said, I laughed a lot, the premise is hilarious, and there are some memorable scenes and one-liners.
Think Napoleon Dynamite meets Chuck Norris ... but not as awesome as that sounds.
