Review of The Foot Fist Way (2006) by Adam F — 05 Mar 2009
Whilst this isn't a perfect film by any stretch of the imagination, there are enough funny and bizarre moments here to make this a fun watch.
This sits very comfortably alongside Napoleon Dynamite but it does fall short of capturing that flick's genius.
Danny McBride excellls in this type of role (Loving him in Eastbound and Down) and I just find him a really funny presence. His scenes with Chuck the Truck crack me up and although it loses it's way towards the end, there are enough quirky and dark characters that help to reward repeat viewings.
