Review of The Foot Fist Way (2006) by Mitchell B — 09 Jul 2011
Danny McBride's first leading role firmly establishes the persona we've seen in every other performance - the insanely delusional self-professed prophet perpetuating his own legend of mediocrity.
It's easy to see the leap to his character in Eastbound and Down because I'm convinced that all his characters are one and the same. It may be one-note, but at least it's a funny note... for now.
