Review of The Fog of War (2003) by Jeffrey H — 02 Jun 2007
An insider account of and reflection on the conduct of vietnam war. One need no history lesson to understand its parallel with Iraq at this moment. Yet, its real contribution lie in portraying the character of a 'real' person: Mcnamra is a man with family, who care about lives of the needy as well as making wrong decision at crucial times.
we can see his internal struggle to reconcile what he did with what actually happened. There are even forces out of control of peopole making history.
