Review of The Flying Scotsman (2006) by Adam K — 20 Dec 2007
This movie fits a lot of story in a short amount of time. It doesn't do justice to the sheer complexity of depression or the career of Graeme Obree. Like the media at the time, there is too much focus on his washing machine parts than his own personal skill as an athlete.
Despite these set-backs, the film is well done. Billy Boyd is incredible as Obree's manager.
