Review of The Florida Project (2017) by Matt U — 10 Nov 2017
Sean Baker's follow up to "Tangerine" has a similar style and feel to it. You feel like you are watching real life, and not actors (sometime they aren't officially actors). I didn't enjoy this as much as his previous film, but only because that film was funny, and had so many colorful characters.
This one is really good, though. And also kind of sad. I hope he keeps making films like these.
