Review of The Five-Year Engagement (2012) by Ana B — 09 Jun 2013
Despite Segel and Blunt's undeniable talent, this movie was just painful. It is continually slowed down by unnecessary and often awkward scenes, is not funny, and in the end makes no sense at all. Someone should tell the writers that a boring film, to be good, must at least be supported by great visual quality or have some other quality whatsoever.
This film has nothing and was hard for me to watch entirely.
