Review of The Fisher King (1991) by Ian S — 10 May 2011
A very quirky movie. It has a great balance of comedy, drama, and Terry Gilliam's signature weirdness. His movies always fascinate me by how absurd they are, in a good way. Robin Williams is the best reason to see the movie though.
He gives a heartfelt and often times hilarious portrayal. It is a character that many will not soon forget. Jeff Bridges also impresses in how his character develops and matures throughout the show.
