Review of The Final Destination (2009) by Anthony C — 07 Apr 2012
If you?ve seen the past three movies, then you know what to expect for this one. Using the high budgets they made from ?Final Destination 3,? this movie contained higher amounts of blood and gore, guts flying everywhere, and most important, no story line what so ever! The movie starts out with about 5 people at a race car arena.
The main character has the ability to see what is coming ahead of him. What he sees are the cars crashing and killing each and everyone in the area. Once he focused back to reality, he guides his friends out of the arena telling them there?s going to be a crash.
One of them get killed, who is obviously always the person that denies their death. This whole scenario is going through the entire movie but in graphic detail. More blood and more guts had the producers hoping to reel in more teens like myself to see what is only violence and nothing else whatsoever.
So if you love the genre of nothing but blood and grotesque scenes, The Final Destination, sadly, is your film of the summer.
