Review of The Final Destination (2009) by Daniele C — 14 May 2012
When I watched the first Final Destination in 2000, I thought the movie was overall not bad, but the end of the story made the whole plot totally pointless: if you can't escape death, then what's the point of the whole movie? But at least in the first movie this came as a surprise.
In this FINAL (hopefully) Final Destination, there's not even the surprising end -everything goes exactly like in the previous movies, with the only difference that this one is more stupid, more predictable and much much cheaper (in every sense). Ah yes, and there are some scenes in 3D, which in this case was the excuse to make another useless movie just to make some easy cash.
An insult to any cinema lover.
