Review of Hell's Ground (2007) by Paul C — 22 Jul 2011
The first splatter film from Pakistan. It's interesting to see the culture difference in how the young teens are disobeying their parents - wearing jeans, staying out all night, going to a rock concert, etc.
Apart from this being a historic film in the horror genre, the movie itself is excruciating to watch. There's nothing going on and the direction is completely incompetent. They've taken a zombie premise and thrown in a bit of Friday the 13th Part 2.
The gore isn't even anything that interesting. But I love the way the killer swings that spiky ball around!
