Review of The Final Countdown (1980) by Andy F — 22 May 2013
A dull and uninventive film about an aircraft carrier that travels through a time tunnel and has the chance to stop the Pearl Harbor attack. That makes it sound far more interesting than it actually is.
A wooden Kirk Douglas and ineffective Martin Sheen don't help. Oh and there's about 20 minutes of footage of planes taking off and landing thrown in.
