Review of The Filth and the Fury (2000) by Raül J — 15 Aug 2016
Thrilling and even brutal sometimes (some tremendous interviews), this is a great documentary of The Sex Pistols, but also a magnificent portrayal of the powder magazine ready to implosion Britain was at that time.
Away from the glamour and heroism of the typical movies about a band, in here we see all the miseries of a group of people that were really pissed off, arised a myth that ended, couldn't been any other way, tragically and with anger.
With a little less of artsy stuff would be a total masterpiece. But recommended for sure.
