Some of the best acting you'll see in any film this year. Adams and Leo are both great while Bale takes it to another level as Dicky Eklund. Every scene with Dicky in it is mesmerizing. The boxing scenes are very realistic, and the movie kept me entertained throughout.
My only complaint would be the timeline displayed in the movie which ignores several key Micky Ward fights while completely ignoring his amazing trilogy with Arturo Gatti.
