Could be considered boring, but I found it informative with some great lead actors carrying the bulk of the film. the cinematography tried to make it a bang-bang interesting "Bourne" type film, but I found this to be annoying (jumpity handheld camera shots).
still I got into the film well enough to give it a 65% rating..
