Review of The Fifth Element (1997) by Jacob A — 19 Aug 2012
This was a weird but fun creature of a movie. The colorful visuals literally distract you from everything else, and a question invades my mind: Will men keep wearing skimpier clothing, seeing Bruce Willis in probably the oddest of fashions.
Gary Oldman is wildly bizzare and I recall this being one of the only films I liked Milla Jonovich in. Not to mention Chris Tucker seemed to fit in here just fine, his classic traits actually complimanted the strange, wild colorful world that even Joel Schamacher can't beat. Definatly a sci-fi must see.
